The IB Program generates a stimulating and challenging learning environment, which fosters a lifelong love of knowledge in every student. Required Documents:
In order to complete your child’s enrollment procedure, all the official documents required by the Egyptian Ministry of Education must be submitted to the students’ affairs office before the beginning of October.
It is the parents full responsibility to comply with submitting the student’s official documents. The school is not held responsible for the consequences of any delay or errors concerning this procedure.

Age Requirements
Please note that Global Paradigm Baccalaureate School registers each student with the Ministry of Education, but the school does not handle exemptions.
Exemption Process
Global Paradigm Baccalaureate School is an international school following the IB curriculum under the regulation of the Egyptian Ministry of Education; therefore, we are obligated to enforce ministry mandates. Please read below to learn more about the age and Arabic exemption requirements if any applies to your child.
Arabic exemption process
The Egyptian Ministry of Education requires that all Egyptian students and students of other Arab nationalities attend Arabic classes from Grades 4 - 12. If you would like to apply for an exemption, register your request at this link. The exemption process may take several months to be processed, so it's essential to begin this process early. Your child will be placed in an Arabic course until the results of the exemption are issued by the Egyptian authorities. *If you child holds two passports, one from an officially-Arabic speaking country and one from a non-Arabic country, you will work directly with GPBS Student Affairs office to get your exemption. You do not need to register a request with the Egyptian Ministry of Education. *Please note that GPBS registers each student with the Ministry of Education, but the school does not handle exemptions.
Age exemption process
The Egyptian Ministry of Education and Global Paradigm Baccalaureate School policy regulates placement into the grade level by age and date of birth. If your child requires an exemption into a specific grade level because their age is younger than required, please register your complaint with the Ministry at this link. An exemption may take several months to be processed, so it's essential to begin this process early.
Information for students coming from abroad
Foreign students coming from abroad need to submit valid proof of residency, along with the above-mentioned required documents.
