Overview & Guidelines
Global Paradigm Baccalaureate School (GPBS) is a private international school offering two distinct educational tracks: the International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme and a British education section. Before admission, prospective students must choose whether to apply to the IB section or the British section, with both options running from Kindergarten to Grade 12. A thorough assessment is conducted to ensure the right fit for each student within the chosen track. At the heart of the IB section is the mission of the International Baccalaureate, a global non-profit foundation established in 1968. The IB Programme is designed to do more than offer educational certificates; it aims to foster a better world through education (IBO, 2016). The program provides a challenging and stimulating learning environment that encourages students to develop a lifelong love of learning. Students make connections between their core subjects and the world around them, shaping their education as a holistic, life-enriching experience. In parallel, GPBS offers a separate British education track, which follows internationally recognized curricula. For the foundation years, this section adopts the British National Programme. In the primary and lower secondary years, the school implements the Cambridge International Primary Programme (CIPP), while in upper secondary, students pursue IGCSE qualifications through Cambridge, Edexcel, or Oxford AQA. These two programs operate independently, and students must choose between the IB or British section when applying to GPBS, ensuring that they follow the curriculum best suited to their academic and personal goals.
Students with diverse backgrounds, talents, skills and who are highly motivated learners are what we’re looking for at Global Paradigm Baccalaureate School. They should demonstrate:
