Mission

At GPBS, our mission is to deliver a high-quality education through a rigorous curriculum that centers on students while balancing academic demands, cultural activities, and community involvement. We embrace both the IB and British principles of global readiness and educational excellence, promoting attributes such as communication, responsibility, and innovation. By encouraging curiosity through inquiry and research and contextualizing learning with authentic assessments, we prepare students to appreciate their own culture, respect diversity, and make meaningful contributions to their communities, equipping them to make a positive impact in a diverse and evolving world.

We strive to provide an environment where students can grow, excel, and reach their full academic potential. We are committed to developing resilient, compassionate, and inquiring individuals who are open-minded, understanding, and confident. Through a quality IB and British education, we nurture thoughtful, critical thinkers who are reflective, risk-taking, and capable of making balanced, educated decisions. Core Values

Honesty & Respect The principles of honesty and mutual respect are the foundation for our professional relationships which extends to our local and global community. We respect, support, care and value each member of our school community and collaboratively work to ensure that our commitment to honesty is reflected in our academic work.
Responsibility We are responsible for the success of students, support of each other, and support of our community. GPIS teachers are dedicated to providing a life time learning experience every day. Students are encouraged to learn how to be responsible for their own learning, to be thinkers, communicators, balanced, risk-takers and open mindedness.
Understanding Is the compassion, learning, commitment, respect, and trust needed to understand ourselves and others to thrive in a complex world.
Identity Is the nurturing of the individual within a multicultural context, providing a platform for self-expression and awareness as empowered international citizens.
